Qana'ah (Contentment)

True wealth is not found in the accumulation of worldly possessions but in the quiet satisfaction of the soul.

When we learn to find joy in what we already have, the constant ache for more begins to fade into a peaceful stillness.

Contentment is a profound form of richness that protects the heart from the restlessness of endless desires.

By embracing your current state with a thankful heart, you open the door to a tranquility that no material gain can ever provide.

“Riches does not mean having a great amount of property, but riches is self-contentment.”
