Kadhb al-Ghayd (Controlling Anger)

When the heat of frustration rises within you, pause and remember that your strength is not measured by the force of your reaction.

Controlling one's anger is a practice of spiritual discipline that softens the heart and preserves the dignity of those around you.

Take a deep breath and consciously choose to let the fire subside, replacing the impulse to strike back with a moment of quiet composure.

In this space of restraint, you find a profound inner peace that reflects your commitment to a higher way of being.

“The strong person is not the one who can wrestle, but the strong person is the one who can control himself when he is angry.”
